There are a few products I've enabled missing from my shop. What happened?
Products made by 3rd-party fulfillers and offered on our marketplaces are subject to Redbubble’s Marketplace Expectations. As a part of our periodic product testing program, the following products were not meeting Redbubble’s Marketplace Expectations for product quality.
- Pet Bowls
- Travel Mugs
- Throw Pillows - 24x24in (60x60cm) and 26x26in (65x65cm)
What actions have been taken?
We removed these products from the artist uploader and made them unavailable for purchase in order to give time for the 3rd-party fulfiller to demonstrate their products meet Redbubble’s Marketplace Expectations.
When will they be available again?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific timeline for when these products will be back in the artist uploader and available for purchase, but we are working with the 3rd-party printers to resolve the issue or find a suitable replacement.
