How to verify your mobile phone number
- Head over to the Edit Payment Details page in your Account Settings
- Select your country
- Enter your mobile phone number
- Click Send code
- Enter the code you receive to your mobile phone in the “SMS Verification Code” field
- Click Submit
Having trouble verifying your mobile phone number?
Didn’t get the code? It can take up to 60 seconds to reach you.
- Double-check that the country selected is correct
- Check that you entered the correct number
- Only use numbers, free of any special characters
- Ensure the number entered is a mobile phone number
- Click Send code again
Not able to send the code?
If you've been unsuccessful at receiving a code and now can't click Send code, please try again later.
Is the code not verifying your number?
- Double-check that you entered the code correctly
- Be sure your code isn’t expired
- It will be valid for 10 minutes
- Click Send code again
Don’t have a mobile phone number or unable to verify?
If you want to open your new Redbubble store to the public, you will need to verify your mobile phone number. Here's what you need to know:
- You can only verify your mobile phone number through the verification process in your Artist Dashboard. We don't have the ability to verify it manually.
- If you have an existing Redbubble account that is already public, you may not see the mobile phone number verification field in your Account Settings. This is because you don't need to complete this step. You can simply hide the first-time setup guide.
Remember: Even if you can't verify your mobile phone number right now, you can continue using Redbubble to upload your amazing designs to self-purchase and shop from other independent artists.
