Customs regulations can vary from country to country and frequently change, sometimes causing delays to your order and occasionally incurring additional charges to be paid by the recipient. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with world shipping standards, Redbubble may not know the details of additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item is prohibited or can be confiscated by the receiving country.
If you are shopping in the US, Canada, or Australia most items are printed by third-party printers that are located within the same country as the recipient and are therefore not subject to customs charges. Due to the departure of the UK from the European Union (Brexit), customers in Europe may now see new customs charges for some items that are printed and shipped from the UK. For an overview of the global network of independent third-party printers, check out Where does my order from Redbubble print and ship from?
