Customs regulations can vary from country to country and frequently change, sometimes causing delays to your order and occasionally incurring additional charges to be paid by the recipient. While all reasonable steps are taken to comply with world shipping standards, additional customs taxes or duties may apply, or specific items can be prohibited and confiscated by the receiving country.
If you are shopping in the US, Canada, or Australia most items are printed by 3rd-party printers that are located within the same country as the recipient and are therefore not subject to customs charges. Due to the departure of the UK from the European Union (Brexit), customers in Europe may now see new customs charges for some items that are printed and shipped from the UK. What do I do if I get charged duty or customs taxes?
- Please pay the requested amount, if you're able.
- Take a photo of the receipt, clearly showing the amount, and that it has been paid.
- Submit a form (using the button below) with your photo of the receipt and order number
- The Customer Success team will shoot a refund straight to you for the extra charge and be sure to send a confirmation email
Can you display a different total price on my invoice/Package?
Invoice prices cannot be altered in any way. This means the price that you see during check-out is the final price - it cannot be altered for any reason.
