Cancelations
You have two hours from placing your order to submit a cancelation request for a full refund. After that, your order is with the third-party printer, and a refund is unavailable.
If you’re unable to submit a request within the two-hour window, you can still submit a return request when your order arrives.
Order Changes
Because they are printed just for you, products can't be modified. However, you can still submit a cancelation request up to 2 hours after placing your order and receive a voucher to place an updated order.

Partial cancelations
Most of the time, partial cancelations aren't possible. In those cases, your whole order will be canceled so you can place an order for the items you really want.Address changes
Accidentally sent your order to the Caribbean? Again?
Don’t panic. For orders placed in the last 2 hours, you can always change your address from your order confirmation email. Click on the button that says Update address?, right below your shipping address information, and submit the correct address.

If it's past this 2-hour window, send us the new address, and we’ll forward the change request to the 3rd-party printer.
Things to note:
- Address change requests after 2 hours are not guaranteed.
- Delivery countries cannot be changed because your address determines where your order is printed.
