- The Raffle drawing will take place on the first business day of the month for individuals that completed the Marketplace Support Team transactional CSAT survey the prior month. The prior month is the Promotional Period.
- Each entrant shall be entitled to make a single entry throughout the Promotional Period.
- Entry into the Raffle is free.
- In order to enter the Raffle each entrant shall submit a response to the CSAT survey. The survey is distributed after a support ticket is solved.
- Winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Redbubble.
- The Prize for winning the Raffle shall be one $100 USD (and equivalent in other currencies) voucher (the Voucher) per each Promotional Period.
- The Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- The Voucher can only be used once.
- Redbubble will notify the winner via mail within ten (10) business days of the Raffle.
- The Voucher is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
- The Voucher can be used in conjunction with other offers.
- By entering the Raffle, each entrant agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Voucher.
- The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery, receipt or use of the Voucher.
- Any personal data relating to the Raffle will be used solely in accordance with current Privacy Policy.
- Redbubble reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. Redbubble reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle.
