To change your email address, please contact the Artist Success team from the email address currently associated with your account. We’re also working on making this feature available in your account settings.
If you don't have access to the email address on your account and can't log in, please submit the exact details of the following information to the Artist Success team:
- Account user name
- Full name on the account
- Email address on the account
- Residential address on the account
As an additional security measure, Artist Success may request a photo ID or other account activity-related questions for verification purposes.
If you’re unable to confirm any of the details above, we can't restore access to your account. However, your account can be closed by sending a note to the original email address on file. This process will take 7 days, after which we’ll confirm the account closure with you.
