Can I change my email address?

While it’s not possible for you to do it on your own at the moment, we’re working on making this feature available to you again. Stay tuned!

In the meantime, please contact the Artist Success team with your preferred email address and we’ll make the update for you.

If you’re unable to log in because you no longer have access to your account email address, please submit the following information to the Artist Success team:

  • Full name on the account - accompanied by photo ID (driver's license/passport). You’re welcome to block out all other details besides your name.
  • Email address on the account - this must be an exact match so if you’re unsure, please provide us with a list of possible email addresses.
  • Physical address on the account - if you’re unsure of where you lived when signing up, please provide us with a list of possible addresses.

Please note that if you’re unable to confirm any of the details above, we will not be able to restore your account access. However, we can close the account after sending a note to the original email address on file. This process will take 7 days, after which we’ll confirm the account closure with you.
