To change your email address, please contact our Artist Support team from the email address currently associated with your account.
For security purposes, we must verify that you're the account owner. We require users to know and have access to the email address connected to their account in order for us to verify identity when processing changes to sensitive account information. If you don't have access to the email address on your account, we cannot move forward with the request.
Please note:
You can still create a new Redbubble account with your new, desired email. Please keep in mind that you can't change or reuse usernames on the Redbubble marketplace because they are unique identifiers.
