To get the cash you earn from your sales, be sure to complete the setup steps in your PayPal and Redbubble accounts.
PayPal account
To verify your PayPal account, you will need to add and confirm your bank account. Don't have a bank account you want to use? Fret not! You can add and confirm a credit or debit card.
We encourage you to explore the PayPal Help Center to help you figure out which payment method is right for you and find answers to any questions you may have about using PayPal.
If you're unable to verify your PayPal account or confirm your payment method, please reach out to PayPal's customer service for further assistance.
Now that that's sorted, let's move on to the next step!
Redbubble account
- Head to the "Getting Paid" section on the "Edit Payment Details" page in your account settings.
- If you are a new artist on the Redbubble marketplace, select the currency you want to get paid in.
Note:
Once you select your currency, it can't be changed.
- Select the "Deposit into my verified PayPal account" option
- Click Verify PayPal Account.
- Then, click on Connect with PayPal and log in.
If you successfully log in with PayPal, you’ll be returned to your account settings on Redbubble and see a banner confirming the updates.
You can also check in the "Getting Paid" section on the "Edit Payment Details" page in your account settings.
This means you're set up to receive your payment in the next payment cycle, where your earnings met the payment threshold!
However, if you see a banner saying your PayPal account couldn't be verified, double-check that you have finished setting up your PayPal account with the necessary details.
If you've already completed the setup, you'll want to check whether you’ve met the payment threshold ($20, €20, or £20). If you haven’t, you can look forward to your payment in the next eligible cycle once you’ve made enough sales.
