Redbubble is an online marketplace used by independent artists and designers who take sole responsibility for the content they upload to our marketplace and the products they sell, including intellectual property rights and relevant permissions. We cannot speak on behalf of our users regarding intellectual property matters. If you wish to contact the user directly regarding the use of a particular artist's content, you can do so by using Bubblemail - our internal mail service.
If you are concerned about the use of your intellectual property by a Redbubble user, we've implemented a Notice and Takedown Report process to enable all rights holders to raise concerns about the products artists offer for sale on the Redbubble marketplace.
Obligatory Yet Very Important Legal Disclaimer:
Don’t be fooled by any complicated jargon (and how snazzy we look in pinstripe). We are not your lawyer and this is not legal advice. We recommend contacting an attorney if you need an actual legal consultation.
Rather, this is general information aimed at giving you the legal lay of the land. While we can’t defend you in court, we know that art and IP ownership can be murky territory; the least we can do is arm you with the right kind of knowledge to get you started.
