Why have you decided to disable Writing and Journals?
Over the years, Journals and Writing have taken more effort to maintain. Removing them will make it much easier to improve features like the uploader, or add new products.
What does it mean to independent artists?
When something ends, new exciting things come up! This means you will soon see improvements in other features on the Redbubble marketplace.
When will the change be effective?
Those features will be removed from the site at the end of July 2021. This means you will have until then to save your written works before they disappear from your portfolio.
Does this change include text-based or typography artwork?
No, it doesn’t. You will still be able to upload any file with typography or text-based designs.
