How do sitewide sales and discounts affect my earnings?
Remember, your markup is a percentage of the base price, meaning if the base price changes, your artist margin changes.
Some of the products have bundle discounts that can affect the base price of items in larger orders.
Though sitewide sales and bundle discounts might feel like you’re making less profit, it’s good to keep in mind that discounts drive customers to the site and attract them to your work.
How do currency conversion rates affect my earnings?
We accept payments in five different currencies. If your customer’s purchase currency differs from your payment currency, the conversion rate applied to your margin may result in higher or lower earnings than expected.
How does the excess markup fee affect my earnings?
The excess markup fee applies to product markup above 20% at point of sale. This fee is deducted only from earnings on the additional markup. There is no excess markup fee applied for product markup at or below 20%.
