If your account is Standard or Premium, a platform fee is deducted from your gross earnings at the end of each payment period.
- Premium artists are charged a 20% platform fee on monthly earnings.
- Standard artists are charged a 50% platform fee on monthly earnings.
- Pro artists pay no platform fee.
The fee is a percentage of your monthly gross earnings and only applies when you make a sale. If you make no sales, no fee is charged.
The payment period covers all orders shipped within a calendar month. Your earnings are calculated at the end of the period, and any applicable fees are deducted from your gross earnings before your monthly payment is processed.
Your total platform fees will never exceed $150/150€/£150 in any payment period. Any fees above that threshold are credited back to your earnings within the same pay period.
Account fees are charged in the currency you selected to be paid in.
