Your tier determines the platform fee deducted from your gross earnings each payment period:
- Premium artists are charged a 20% platform fee on monthly earnings.
- Standard artists are charged a 50% platform fee on monthly earnings.
- Pro artists pay no platform fee.
Platform fees for Standard and Premium artists are capped at $150/150€ /£150 per payment period.
All artists who set a product markup above 20% are also subject to an additional fee on gross earnings made over that threshold (See What is the excess markup fee?).
In your artist dashboard, you can find your current tier on the Account Tiers and Fees page and a full breakdown by pay period of any fees applied to your earnings on the Earnings Details page.
