We know the holidays can be a busy time, so our exchange and return window has been extended! For any orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, you'll have until January 31st to request a return or exchange -- no need to worry about the usual 30-day deadline. After January 31st, our regular return policy will resume. |
Returns
If your thing arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you can make a free return within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date(or until January 31st for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st). We'll make it right with a replacement order or a Redbubble voucher, minus the shipping fees.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Most tops, phone cases, and stickers can be exchanged for a replacement order or a Redbubble voucher, minus the shipping fees, for different sizes, styles, and colors within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date(or until January 31st for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st).

To be eligible for full reimbursement of your items, be sure to keep them in case we need more details, snap some photos of any issues, and add the images to your request. This will help our team keep things as easy as possible for you!
