Submit a request

An important requirement of a legally valid Notice and Takedown Report is that it is submitted by the rights holder themselves or a legally authorized representative.

Unfortunately at this stage, you are unable to submit a legally valid report, however, we strongly encourage you to contact the rights holder and give them the opportunity to submit one so we can act upon it.

If you have a Redbubble account
This will be our primary method of contact, if you have not contacted Redbubble previously, we may send an additional email to verify your address

Submitting one URL per listing will cover all product types associated with that listing. You can get a listing’s URL by copying it from your browser's address bar. Please note that submitting a URL for a search results page will delay processing of your takedown request.

If you wish to attach supporting files to your takedown request, such as trademark registrations, you can attach below.

Redbubble respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we require all third-party sellers using our marketplace to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by user-generated content hosted on our marketplace, you can submit a Notice and Takedown Report by using this form.

Details of Your Artwork

Do you have pre-prepared correspondence? You can send it to dmca@redbubble.com. To ensure speedy processing of your takedown request, the listings you would like removed should be specifically identified by a list of URL(s) in a format that can be recognized by our content removal software, such as .doc/.docx, spreadsheet, or a vectorised PDF.

Please be sure to include all the required information, as set out in Redbubble's IP/Publicity Rights Policy.

Redbubble is only able to reinstate content that complies with the Redbubble User Agreement and our other policies. In order to process your counter notice, we need to understand why you believe your artwork was removed by mistake.

For example, if you believe that your artwork is parody, satire or other fair use, we ask that you please explain why that is the case.

You can copy and paste the URLs from our email notification to you.

If your artwork has been removed from the marketplace, but you believe in good faith that it was a mistake and would like it restored, you can submit a Counter Notice by using this form.
