Troubleshooting Tips
Here’s a couple things to try before contacting us:
- Make sure your username and password are spelled correctly (both are case sensitive).
- If you forgot your username, you can log in with your email and password instead.
- If you need to recover your password, head over to the Recover Your Account page. We’ll send you an email to reset it.
- When in doubt, always clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Password Reset Email Not Received
If you don’t see that password reset email in your inbox, please try the following:
- Make sure that your email address has been entered correctly. Check your spelling, spaces, and upper/lower case letters.
- Have a look in your spam or junk mail folder. We recommend adding Redbubble to your "safe" list for future contacts.
- Did you confirm your email on your account? If you didn't confirm your email, you won't receive password reset emails. You'll need to contact our Support team to resolve this.
Lost Access To Email Address
Due to our privacy policy, we are unable to send password reset instructions to an email address that differs from the one associated with your account. If you no longer have access to your original email address, we recommend contacting your email provider to see if you can restore access.
Account Is Suspended or Closed
It's not possible to log into a suspended account or a closed account.
Redbubble suspends accounts when we believe that they’re made by robots, fraudsters, and other users who violate our User Agreement. We usually get it right, but once in a while we make a mistake. Learn more.
If you believe that your account has been suspended in error, please submit an appeal.
Why Can’t You Find My Email Address?
If you’re trying to recover your password and we can’t find any users with that email address, it means that you don’t have a Redbubble account connected to that email.
When you place an order with us using your email address, it does not create a Redbubble account.
