FAQs: Redbubble and the novel coronavirus COVID-19

We are very aware of the concerns held by the customers and artists on Redbubble about the novel coronavirus COVID-19, and want to help answer some common questions:

Where is my order from Redbubble printed?

Redbubble utilizes a complex fulfillment network to make sure the items from your order are printed and shipped from a third party printer as close to your shipping address as possible. To learn more about this, please refer to the article Where does my order from Redbubble print and ship from?

Can I get COVID-19 from a product bought on Redbubble?

We care deeply about the health and safety of all customers and artists on Redbubble, as well as their confidence in the safety of the products sold on Redbubble. We are closely monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) around the spread of COVID-19:

Will the delivery time for my order be affected?

At this time, the printers and shipping carriers that are fulfilling orders from Artists on Redbubble are operating with the same quality guidelines and on-time production as usual. For the most accurate information regarding deliveries to your area, we recommend checking with your local carriers and/or governments to see if deliveries may be restricted or disrupted, affecting the estimated delivery date for your order.

Can I change the address for my order if I can’t receive it at the one I entered at checkout?

Yes. Your address can be changed from your order confirmation email by clicking "Update address?" below your shipping address, then clicking "Need to update your address?" on your Order History page. If that option isn't available, you can use your order number and the email used to place your order to submit an address change request through the Address Change form.


Are there any special measures Redbubble is taking to help prevent the community spread of COVID-19?

Yes. We are strongly encouraging all Redbubble employees to work from home, canceled/postponed any work travel, and asked that Redbubble employees self-quarantine for two weeks after any personal travel. We are also in contact with the companies that fulfill and ship orders placed on Redbubble to ensure precautions are being taken to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19.
